Return & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs of returning the product to our warehouse are your responsibility. These costs vary per package; for exact rates, you can consult the website of the shipping company.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, as far as reasonably possible. However, we would like to point out that perfume can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened or the product has not been used. This is for hygienic reasons and to ensure the quality and safety of the product. If the plastic packaging in which the perfume was delivered has already been removed, we cannot offer a refund.
