When will I receive my order?
Due to special shipping requirements for fragrance products, delivery may take slightly longer than standard packages. On average, orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
We’ve experienced high demand for Auralions products, which can sometimes result in shipping delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at info@auralions.com and include your order number (e.g., #1234). We’ll be happy to investigate.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To request a return, email us at info@auralions.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will send you the return address and further instructions.
You may return the product with any carrier of your choice. Make sure to include tracking, and keep your receipt.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prices vary depending on the carrier and package size. Please visit the carrier’s website for exact rates.
What are the return conditions?
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the day your order is delivered. Your item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
The return window has not expired
The product is in its original packaging, with all labels intact
The product is unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons)

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email — what now?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@auralions.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation.
Note: Once your order has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If that’s the case, you can still request a return once it arrives.
